We didn't start out doing it all. BlueBridge began as a modest painting company with one simple goal: to treat every client's home with total respect.

Over time, something great happened. Our painting clients started asking, "Hey, do you guys do drywall too? What about flooring? Can you remodel our kitchen?" Because we never compromise on vision and value, we expanded our team and built strong partnerships with the most trusted suppliers and vendors in the area.

Cruz Barragan

Managing Member

Cruz’s journey into the renovation industry started exactly where you might expect: on a job site, spending weekends working for his family’s construction business. But his path took a unique detour. Driven by a desire to learn how things work behind the scenes, he earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Eastern Michigan University) and Business (University of Alabama).

Before returning to construction, Cruz built a successful career in data science and engineering, traveling across Asia, Europe, and Latin America to help major organizations streamline their operations.

Why does this matter for your home? Because Cruz brings an engineer's brain and a tech-forward approach to every renovation we do. He co-leads BlueBridge Improvements, focusing on precision, clear communication, and organized project management. Beyond the job site, Cruz is a dedicated community member who believes in the power of showing up, working hard, and helping others do the same.

Crystal Barragan

Managing Member

Michigan-born Crystal is an adventurer with a Southern zest, thriving on adrenaline-pumping activities like dirt biking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, and camping. Growing up with a hands-on spirit, she learned the value of hard work and dedication from her father, a Vietnam Veteran and Purple Heart recipient. She grew up helping her family with countless DIY projects, from building homes to barns. This upbringing, combined with formative summers spent soaking up Southern charm in Arkansas and Missouri, forged Crystal into a unique blend of Northern grit and vibrant Southern warmth.

Driven by a fascination with people, Crystal delved into psychology and body language, becoming certified in microexpression analysis and as a John Wooden leadership coach. Her diverse journey even included exploring acting and cinematography in the film industry. Today, Crystal channels this multifaceted background into leading BlueBridge with a strong focus on trust, value, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Deeply committed to her local community, she actively serves on the Board of the Bridges Domestic Violence Center, is an enthusiastic member of the Williamson County Chamber, and serves on the Women in Business Steering Committee. Crystal is passionate about fostering strong connections and supporting meaningful causes within her local sphere.
